All Maxis ONE plan customers who subscribe to any of the Maxis Fibre Internet (MFI) package will enjoy a RM20 perpetual discount per month on the MFI Package.

Terms and conditions for this bundle offer:

  • Only for MaxisONE plan customers (Exclude MaxisONE plan lite)
  • Customer must remain an active MaxisONE plan subscriber in order to enjoy the offer
  • Both the MFI and MaxisONE plan account must be from the same customers
  • Applicable for Maxis ONE plan principal line only
  • A single MSISDN number can be used for multiple registrations
  • Not eligible if customer line is under suspension status

 

Frequently asked questions

Question: I am currently a subscriber of MFI, can I still enjoy the offer?
Answer: Yes, you can sign up for this offer provided you meet all criteria and a new 24 months contract will be imported.

Question: After I signed up for this offer, can I still change the package?
Answer: Yes you can change the package and you contract period will continue.

Question: After I signed up for this offer, Can I relocate?
Answer: Yes you can relocate and a new 24 months contract will be imposed.

Question: What if I terminate the service prior to the 24 months expiry period?
Answer: You will need to pay Maxis RM500 for early termination.

Questions: What will happen if I no longer a maxisOne plan subscriber?
Answer: You will not be able to enjoy the RM20 monthly discount and you will pat the standard monthly access fee based on your package.

 

Migration Rule for existing Maxis Fibre Internet Customer

  • Customers must be active MaxisONE plan subscribers in order to migrate to this bundle. The 24 months Fibre to Home contract will restart if customer choose to migrate to this bundle.
  • All existing Maxis Fibre Internet Customers (Excluding Lite Fibre 5Mbps) is eligible to migrate to this bundle with a new 24 months contract.
  • Lite Fibre 5Mbps customers cannot migrate to this bundle. These customers need to terminate the current service and sign up for this bundle with a new 24 months contract.
  • Astro IPTV customers cannot migrate to this bundle as they are Astro Customers.
